as you guessed, she is a special mutated race of humans which have 'horns' protruding out of their skull. Diclonious have special invisible arms called 'vectors' which can manipulate matter at an atomic scale, meaning they can cut through steel and whatnot, including blowing up your brains from the inside out!

Lucy, later renamed Nyu because that's all she can say when she lost her memory

She is currently half dead due to the fight with another diclonious

after fighting with Lucy, she got her limbs cut off and was going to die until her ''father" saved her
